This album is more varied (or less compact, if you wish) than Tungsten, both in sound and composition. While Tungsten was fully (retro)electronic album, this time I allowed myself to include various acoustic and electroacoustic instruments. Also, while being inspired by artists ranging from Tangerine Dream, Jean Michel Jarre, Air and Mike Oldfield to Yann Tiersen, Wintergatan, Björk or Max Richter, it can hardly be identified as an hommage to any of the inspirational sources - the style is completely its own.
Demo versions of some of the tracks date back to 2003, others are from mid-2018 - hence the variety. Still, I paid a lot of attention to make the album compact and enjoyable as a whole. Hope you enjoy it as it is.

Sergey Korolyov (1907–1966) was the lead Soviet rocket engineer and spacecraft designer in the 1950s and 1960s, involved in the development of Sputnik and Vostok spacecrafts, sending the first artificial object, first animal and first human being to the Earth orbit.
Vladimir Komarov was the first victim of space race who died in a spacecraft. On 23 April 1967, the landing of Soyuz 1 failed due to its numerous technical problems, killing Komarov upon the crash. The problems were well known to Komarov, an accomplished engineer and cosmonaut, who recommended not to launch Soyuz 1 at the planned term. However, the Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev commanded to launch the flight. When entering the spacecraft, Komarov knew very well that Khrushchev's political decision was also his death sentence.
Larry Tesler, born 1945, is a computer scientist who works in the field of human–computer interaction. Between 1973 and 1976, he and his team were the first to implement the cut / copy / paste mechanism into the word processor on a Xerox computer. Since then, copy and paste revolutionized the way humans write, design, compose music, work and think.
